What you are looking at

The jacket came in to be opened up and taken in at the seams. The jeans came in with the zip already cut out of them.

Pinned on you: the fitting room is on site, so the hem is set where it will actually sit.
Matched thread: the wall of spools is there so the stitching disappears into the garment.
Told straight: if a piece shouldn’t be attempted, you’ll hear that at the counter.
Cleaned too: dry cleaning is on the same counter, so a coat can be cleaned and repaired together.
